This Policy describes how Rushmore Integrated Solutions LLC handles personal information connected with its website, business inquiries, and prospective supplier relationships. It does not replace a separate privacy or data-processing agreement that applies to a specific service.
1. Who is responsible
Rushmore Integrated Solutions LLC is the U.S. website operator. Privacy questions may be sent to info@rushmoreintegrated.com or our business mailing address: 1101 Sugarview Drive, Suite 200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Rushmore's Jordan company is a separate entity; it may receive relevant information when needed to assess or support a regional requirement, as explained below.
2. Information you provide
Business inquiries may include your name, professional title, organization, work email, telephone number, requested service, project location, timing, quantities, solicitation reference, proposed role, and message content. We also receive information in correspondence and follow-up discussions. Optional fields are identified. Please provide business contact details and only the information needed to evaluate the request.
3. Supplier information
The U.S. Supplier Network requests a legal business name, business email, optional website, primary contact name, optional business phone, headquarters location, service area, capabilities, and a contact-permission response. This information is used to evaluate potential sourcing relationships, maintain prospective supplier records, verify capabilities, and communicate about relevant opportunities. Registration is not supplier approval. For corrections or a request to remove a prospective supplier listing, contact procurement@rushmoreintegrated.com.
4. Technical information
Hosting, security, and email services may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, delivery information, and error or abuse logs to operate and protect their services. Information available to Rushmore depends on the services in use. When you submit a website form, the information is sent to Rushmore through its website server and email service. A separate confirmation is sent to the address you provide. Request references, timestamps, delivery status and short-lived abuse-prevention records support reliable delivery and prevent duplicate messages. Form entries are not saved in browser storage or sent to analytics.
5. Information not requested
Do not enter classified information, CUI, export-controlled technical data, privileged documents, passwords, bank or payment-card details, Social Security numbers, identification documents, medical information, or sensitive movement and security details into general website fields. If a legitimate requirement needs restricted information, first arrange an authorized secure channel. Do not provide another person's information unless you have authority and any required notice or permission.
6. Purposes and legal grounds
We process relevant information to respond to inquiries, evaluate requirements, prepare proposals, verify prospective customers or suppliers, coordinate agreed services, maintain business records, detect fraud or misuse, protect legal rights, and meet applicable obligations. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the basis may be steps you request before a contract, performance of an agreement, legitimate business and security interests, legal obligations, or consent. Where consent is the basis, it may be withdrawn for future processing without affecting prior lawful processing.
7. Who may receive information
Relevant information may be accessed by authorized personnel and service providers supporting hosting, email, IT, administration, professional advice, insurance, audit, or security. When necessary for a specific requirement, relevant details may be shared with the Jordan company, proposed delivery partners, suppliers, subcontractors, or prospective contracting parties. Disclosure may also be required by lawful process, regulators, contracting authorities, or protection of legal rights. We limit disclosures to the purpose and do not treat a supplier registration as permission to publish private contact information.
8. Cross-border handling
International requirements may involve access or processing in the United States, Jordan, or other relevant service locations. Privacy laws and government-access rules may differ between jurisdictions. Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or additional safeguards, those requirements must be addressed for the relevant transfer. Sending an inquiry is not a blanket waiver of statutory privacy rights.
9. Retention
Inquiries that do not result in a contract are retained for 30 days from the last communication with the customer, then deleted or anonymized unless a legal obligation or an active claim or dispute requires longer retention. Other records, including supplier records, proposals, transactions, compliance documentation, accounting, and security information, are retained for the period reasonably needed for their purpose and applicable legal or contractual requirements. Removal from an active supplier list does not require deletion of records that must be retained for these reasons.
10. Security and confidentiality
Information protection requires appropriate administrative, technical, and organizational measures for the information and context. No website or ordinary email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Use an approved secure channel for restricted or procurement-sensitive information. Do not send unnecessary identity documents when making a privacy request. Contact us if you believe information has been sent to an incorrect destination or accessed without authorization.
11. Cookies and analytics
Optional Google Analytics measures page visits and successfully accepted inquiry types only after you accept analytics. It may use cookies and process usage, browser and device information. We do not send form contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers or project details to Analytics. Advertising features and automatic form-interaction tracking are disabled. Accept or decline using the analytics notice, and change or withdraw your choice at any time through Privacy choices in the footer. Declining does not affect contact or supplier forms. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. Withdrawal stops future optional measurement and removes site-controlled Analytics cookies where technically possible; it does not delete data already processed by Google. Essential hosting, security and form-delivery technologies continue to operate.
12. Contact preferences and marketing
A business inquiry permits us to respond about that inquiry and related requirements. It does not automatically opt you into unrelated marketing. If marketing is sent, you may request that it stop using the stated unsubscribe method or by emailing us. Necessary transactional, security, or legal communications may still be sent. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
13. Your rights and requests
Depending on applicable law and the context, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of personal information, object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a competent privacy authority. Rights may be subject to legal exceptions. We may request proportionate information to verify identity or an agent's authority and will respond within applicable legal requirements. Please state the relationship or inquiry involved and the action requested. We do not require unnecessary sensitive documents by ordinary email.
14. Children and automated decisions
This is a business website, not a service directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek their personal information. Please contact us if you believe a child has provided information. A website submission does not automatically approve a supplier, determine contract eligibility, or create an award.
15. External services
External websites, social platforms, email providers, and linked affiliate websites operate under their own privacy terms. Following a link does not automatically transfer your form contents to that site, but the external service may process your visit and account information. Review its terms before sharing information.
16. Changes and related terms
We may update this Policy to reflect practices or legal requirements and will display the revision date. Material changes will be communicated where required. See our Terms & Conditions and Website Disclaimer. This Policy does not reduce rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
