Rushmore coordinates contract warehousing and distribution support for U.S. Government customers, prime contractors, and commercial programs. Where a requirement calls for public or contract warehousing support in the United States, Jordan, or another supported market, we source and coordinate qualified storage, handling, inventory, and delivery resources around the location, schedule, controls, and operating need.

Warehousing can be delivered independently or integrated with procurement and sourcing, logistics and supply chain management, transportation and fleet support, and program operational support to maintain continuity from receipt through final delivery.

Contract warehousing and distribution coordination

What to include

  • Storage location, pallet or item counts, dimensions and expected duration.
  • Receiving frequency, stock records, access controls and handling equipment needs.
  • Picking, packing, dispatch, delivery schedules and any special storage conditions.

How the work is scoped

Review the storage and handling requirement, assess suitable third-party facilities, and define receiving, inventory and release procedures. Warehouse availability and any controlled or specialized storage conditions must be confirmed for the assignment.

Who coordinates delivery

The U.S. company coordinates the requirement. Jordan delivery uses the parent company and agreed suppliers or partners; the quotation identifies responsibilities. Other locations require case-by-case assessment.
