Rushmore's U.S. company, Jordan company, and leadership experience are identified separately. A relevant reference is not necessarily a contract performed by the U.S. entity.
1. General information
Website content introduces Rushmore's business, capabilities, and relevant experience. It is not legal, procurement, security, medical, export-control, tax, insurance, or investment advice. Official guidance, solicitation terms, executed agreements, and applicable law control the relevant decision.
2. No offer or guaranteed availability
General descriptions, inquiry responses, and form acknowledgments do not establish an award, offer accepted by Rushmore, binding quotation, teaming arrangement, purchase commitment, or guaranteed capability. Pricing, personnel, inventory, equipment, locations, lead times, and response arrangements require scope review and authorized written confirmation. Past performance does not guarantee future outcomes.
3. Separate U.S. and Jordan entities
Rushmore Integrated Solutions LLC is the U.S. contracting entity. Rushmore Transportation & Logistics Services is the Jordan operating company. References to regional capabilities do not mean that the U.S. entity performed earlier Jordan contracts. The contracting party and each delivery party's obligations must be established in the applicable agreement. A shared brand or leadership relationship does not create automatic agency, joint liability, or a guarantee between entities.
4. Prior leadership experience
Some recognition concerns the founder's work before either Rushmore entity existed or while working for a previous employer. Such experience is identified as prior leadership experience. It is not represented as company contract history, corporate revenue, or an award to Rushmore. Periods stated in recommendation letters may include work that predates the Jordan company's establishment.
5. Project records and contracting channels
Experience descriptions may distinguish a contracting customer, end user, operating environment, or delivery partner. An end user is not necessarily Rushmore's direct contractual counterparty. Assignments may involve a prime contractor, subcontract, affiliate, authorized supplier, or another delivery channel. Website summaries cannot establish privity of contract. Reported 2026 execution and completion statuses are based on company management's confirmation where stated, rather than an independent government performance determination.
6. Letters, certificates, and confidential summaries
Recommendation and appreciation materials are summarized for relevant business context. Unless expressly labeled as a verbatim quotation, displayed wording is a paraphrase. Names, military ranks, organizational affiliations, signatures, contact details, and other identifying details are withheld from these summaries. Document types and the relevant Rushmore or prior leadership context are identified without naming the author or end user. An appreciation or achievement certificate is recognition of the described contribution; it is not a regulatory certification, supplier qualification, security clearance, or guarantee of performance. An individual author's recommendation is not presented as an official institutional endorsement.
7. Supporting documentation
Supporting records may be considered for a legitimate procurement or due-diligence request, subject to confidentiality, consent, redaction, and applicable restrictions. Publication of a summary does not authorize distribution of the underlying letter, personal details, insignia, or contract documents. A request for evidence does not guarantee access to restricted information.
8. Government references and identifiers
References to government, defense, diplomatic, or public-sector work describe a market, operating context, or documented experience. They do not imply sponsorship, preferred status, authorization to speak for an agency, or a current contractual relationship. UEI, CAGE, D-U-N-S, and NAICS information is supplied for identification and verification; it does not establish a particular award, active registration status, responsibility determination, clearance, set-aside qualification, or contract vehicle. Verify relevant status through the controlling official record and solicitation.
9. Third-party names and marks
Third-party intellectual property belongs to its respective owners. References that remain in factual descriptions do not imply endorsement, affiliation, permission to use an owner's marks, or ownership by Rushmore. No right to reproduce third-party material is granted. Contact us about an inaccurate attribution or intellectual-property concern so it can be reviewed.
10. Images and equipment descriptions
Illustrations and representative equipment images describe service categories and operating concepts. They are not proof of ownership, current stock, exact configuration, a particular location, or a completed assignment. Actual model, condition, origin, approved equivalents, warranty, compliance, and delivery terms must be specified in the agreement. Supplier and fleet access is not ownership or reserved availability.
11. Specialized and emergency support
Emergency coordination is subject to acceptance, access, safety, permissions, operating conditions, and available resources. The website is not an emergency dispatch or rescue channel. In an immediate emergency, use the relevant local emergency service or official assistance channel. Medical and safety equipment descriptions concern agreed sourcing or support and do not constitute clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Regulated goods and activities require applicable approvals and review.
12. External information and corrections
External links and social platforms are outside Rushmore's control. Their statements, availability, and privacy terms are their own. Please report factual concerns to info@rushmoreintegrated.com with the page and relevant context. We may correct website information without changing obligations in an existing agreement.
13. Applicable limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rushmore is not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on general website content, an unconfirmed inquiry, or unavailable third-party information. Nothing excludes non-waivable rights or liabilities or overrides a separate binding agreement. Read this Disclaimer with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
