A request, supplier registration, acknowledgment, or discussion does not create a commitment to supply, purchase, partner, or perform. Actual work requires an agreement accepted by authorized representatives.
1. Operator and scope
This website is operated by Rushmore Integrated Solutions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Rushmore," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern website use and business inquiries. They do not replace the terms of an executed quotation, purchase order, subcontract, task order, or other authorized agreement.
2. Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful business research and genuine inquiries. You must have authority to provide information for your organization. Do not impersonate another person, misstate qualifications, submit unlawful content, introduce malicious code, interfere with security or availability, or use forms for unsolicited advertising. Access to public information does not authorize access to protected systems or confidential records.
3. Requests, quotations, and acceptance
Sending a request does not constitute an offer accepted by Rushmore. Automated messages confirm receipt only; they do not confirm technical suitability, pricing, availability, award, delivery, or acceptance. Any quotation is governed by its stated validity, assumptions, exclusions, and acceptance conditions. Silence, a website listing, or a preliminary discussion does not create an obligation. Rushmore may request clarification or decline an opportunity, subject to applicable law and existing agreements.
4. Scope and availability
Equipment, vehicles, personnel, facilities, geographic coverage, schedules, response arrangements, and pricing depend on the requirement and must be confirmed in writing. Descriptions of supplier or fleet access do not mean that Rushmore owns, holds, or has reserved the resources described. Specifications, condition, approved equivalents, origin, warranties, insurance, transport, acceptance, and replacement provisions belong in the applicable agreement. A reference to round-the-clock support applies only where specifically agreed.
5. Contracting entities and delivery responsibilities
Rushmore Integrated Solutions LLC and Rushmore Transportation & Logistics Services in Jordan are distinct entities. A shared brand, leadership relationship, or website link does not merge their liabilities or make either entity a guarantor or agent of the other. The agreement must identify the contracting entity, performing parties, responsibilities, and authorized representatives. Affiliates, subcontractors, suppliers, and local partners may support an agreed scope. These website terms do not excuse Rushmore from responsibilities it accepts in a contract.
6. Government and regulated requirements
Business identifiers, capability statements, and service descriptions do not establish a government endorsement, award, clearance, contract vehicle, set-aside status, certification, or eligibility for a particular procurement. Solicitation requirements, responsibility determinations, applicable clauses, and authorized contracting actions control. No government agency is bound by this website, and mandatory procurement law or contract terms prevail over inconsistent website language.
7. Trade, safety, and operating conditions
Any proposed transaction is subject to applicable sanctions, export and import controls, customs requirements, licensing, end-use restrictions, local permits, safety rules, and customer requirements. A request may require screening or additional documentation through an approved channel. Do not use the website to arrange prohibited transactions or transfer controlled technical information. Descriptions of medical equipment, field equipment, or emergency coordination do not represent medical treatment, armed services, or an unconditional rescue capability.
8. Bid support and project partnerships
Discussing a solicitation, exchanging non-sensitive requirements, or preparing preliminary sourcing information does not establish a teaming agreement, exclusivity, joint venture, agency, or authority to represent Rushmore. Neither party may use the other's name, pricing, qualifications, or commitments in a proposal without the required authorization. Unless separately agreed, each party is responsible for its own proposal and business-development costs. Submission of a bid or participation in an RFI is not a contract award or completed performance.
9. Supplier registration
The U.S. Supplier Network is a prospective sourcing channel. Registration does not approve, prequalify, certify, or appoint a supplier, guarantee work or payment, create exclusivity, or establish a contract. Registrants are responsible for accurate and current information and their own submission costs. Selection may require independent verification, insurance, licensing, security review, customer approval, and other due diligence. No work should begin without an authorized agreement. The Supplier Code of Conduct describes expected standards; registration alone does not create a purchase obligation.
10. Information you provide
Provide only information you have the right to share and reasonably need for the inquiry. Do not submit classified information, controlled unclassified information, export-controlled technical data, privileged material, passwords, payment-card information, government identification, medical records, or sensitive operational details through general forms or ordinary email. Arrange an appropriate secure channel and any required confidentiality agreement first. No confidentiality agreement is created merely by sending unsolicited information; applicable privacy and confidentiality duties remain unaffected.
11. Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains handling of business contact information. An inquiry authorizes a response about that inquiry; it is not consent to unrelated marketing where separate permission is required. Email links open your email service and are subject to that provider's practices. Verify material instructions, especially changes to payment details, through a previously verified business contact.
12. Intellectual property and references
Rushmore's original website materials and licensed content may not be commercially republished, altered, or used to imply a relationship without permission, except where applicable law allows otherwise. Third-party intellectual property remains with its owner. Experience descriptions and letter summaries do not grant permission to reproduce underlying documents, insignia, signatures, or personal contact details. See our Website Disclaimer for attribution and endorsement limitations.
13. External content and links
Links to affiliates, social platforms, public databases, and other third parties are provided for convenience. Their content, availability, and terms are controlled by those parties. A link does not create an endorsement, agency, or guarantee. Use independent judgment when following external links or relying on third-party information.
14. Website availability and accuracy
We seek to provide useful, accurate information. Website materials may nevertheless contain errors or become outdated, and access may be interrupted for maintenance, security, or other reasons. To the extent permitted by law, general website content is provided without a warranty of completeness, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation. Confirm information material to a procurement or business decision in the relevant written agreement.
15. Limits relating to website use
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rushmore is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss arising solely from website use, reliance on general website content, an unconfirmed inquiry, or unavailable third-party content. These provisions concern the website and do not replace negotiated service liabilities. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any mandatory statutory protections.
16. Governing law and disputes
These website Terms are governed by Wyoming law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to mandatory applicable law. Disputes concerning website use are subject to courts of competent jurisdiction in Wyoming unless a mandatory forum or separate binding agreement controls. Please first notify us in writing so the concern can be considered in good faith. This does not restrict a non-waivable right to seek relief or contact a regulator. No arbitration or class-action waiver is created by these Terms.
17. Updates, severability, and priority
Updates apply prospectively from the posted date and do not retrospectively alter an executed agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not automatically a waiver. A separate authorized agreement governs its subject matter; mandatory law prevails in all cases.
